Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JCN TRUCKING LLC, doing business as JCN Haul, concerning your access to and use of our website and services. Payment Terms

Payment terms and conditions include:

• Fees are specified in service agreements and are subject to change with notice
• Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in your service agreement
• Late payments may incur interest charges and service suspension
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing
• You are responsible for all taxes associated with the services
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information disclosed during the course of our business relationship. This includes:

• Financial data and pricing information

• Any information marked as confidential

Confidential information may only be disclosed as required by law or with prior written consent.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. However:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We make no warranties regarding third-party products or services

Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JCN TRUCKING LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your negligence or willful misconduct

Term and Termination

Upon termination, you must cease using our services and return or destroy all confidential information. Provisions regarding confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability survive termination.
